Re: Custom Design - The Good

I'm the beneficiary of two great "request to hire" transactions.

kmalsom
is designing a hotstamp for me.

machinelf designed a custom T shirt design and logo for me.
see linky: http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/custom...machinelf.html

Both have been a pleasure to work with, had more than fair "fees," and I think are great designers. In both cases I explained a concept and asked them to build upon it. I would recommend both.

A while back (heck...seems like FOREVER ago), BlakeC27 did a bang-up job helping me label my Nexgens. He's the man! Superior communication, top-notch designing, and an all-around great guy to deal with.

Blake: I know you've got other priorities right now, but I want you to know that I really miss seeing your designs here....a lot.

Re: Custom Design - The Good

Blake did the inlay for my custom ASM cash set and did my ceramic tourney set. Both design's were exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure he was sick of all the changes I had him do but they turned out fantastic.

Blake also made me a very nice label design for my original set of FCs.

Thumbs up Re: Custom Design - The Good

Blake did a fantastic job on my custom ceramics. He took a general idea, and came up with something far better than I ever imagined. He was very willing to make changes until we got it right.

Highly recommend Blake.

Re: Custom Design - The Good

J5 optimized the calligraphy art I sent him for use as a hotstamp die...he tweaked it to avoid problems common with hotstamps (too thin, too thick, not enough space, too much space...all these factors I have no experience with) and the final product was spectacular.

Hooray for J5!!!
