Help with my Design

Hi,

Can anyone help me with my inlay design? I'm photoshop illiterate and dont own a copy either! I know roughly what I want but have no idea how to put it into practice.

Are there any places/people that can be recommended and dont charge the earth?

I also need to get it sorted out in time for the Blue Chip Offer which expires on 31st December.

A very rough idea, something I threw (and I think I missed) together so sorry about the alignment etc:

Use a spade as the fish on a bed of chips all served up on your traditional newspaper of course but minus your vinegar and mushy peas. Did use your font suggestions you PM'ed me thought I'd see how you'd like this idea first.
