On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

What I have to offer - see scan.

What I want
- $1 Las Vegas house chips. I have most every current issue chip but my collection only goes back a year or 2.
- I also collect any Sands and MGM Las Vegas chips.
- I also collect poker room chips from las vegas, such as those issued by Wynn, Bellagio and the Venetian.
- Paulson Vineyard samples
- The old Paulson Binions tournament chips from WSOP
- I also collect chips I like the look of which usually involves a combination of clay, shaped inlays, and bright colors.

Some info on the chips available:
- $1 Star City Casino in Sydney, New South Wales. Manufacturer is dolphin. I like the mold which features styalized representations of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House
- Crown Casino in Melbourne Victoria. Hosts the Aussie Poker Millions Tournament. I think the chips are made by dolphin. The $1 and $2.50 shown are obsolete
- Reef Casino, Cairns, Far North Queensland - $1 plastic. 25 cent plastic (hard to get a hold of these). $5 BJ?
- Conrad Treasury Casino in Brisbane, Queensland. $1 on the dollar mold, plastic - not a nice chip but yours if you want one, this is the current house chip. $1 chip on suits mould are rare and obsolete. $2.50 hotstamp plastic (obsolete). $5 nice artwork but plastic. New $2.50 Dolphin
- Conrad Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast in Queensland. $1 white clay with grey edgespots (old and obsolete), blue foil hotstamp, house mold - a nice classic chip. $5 Bud Jones. $2 hot pink paulson with surfer (obsolete and hard to come by)

Re: On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

Don't meant to hijack your thread, but I will be in Vegas in a couple of weeks, then headed to Australia in October. Do any Aussies need anything from Vegas (that is relatively simple to obtain)?

Re: On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

They are my favourites as well Gun. The blue foil is very bright and shiny and the scan doesn't do it justice. It is much nicer in real life. I might take a photo and post that as well to give people a better idea.

And while I am on to things not being accurately reflected in the scan:

- The edge spots and writing on the Crown $1 is dark blue, not grey.
- The $5 Bud Jones from Conrad Jupiters Gold Coast has a gold foil ring around the inlay.

PM sent - especially love the mold on that all-white chip in the lower right corner.

Beautiful.

Re: On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

so you can get more of the $1 Jupiters, right? I wouldn't mind some for shuffling.

Re: On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

Yes I can get as many as needed. The Chips with lots of foil (bottom right) are mostly brand new and I am happy to go in and pester the dealers until I get a good slection of clean mintish chips so long as you are in no rush (it is an hour or so south of Brisbane and I am a lazy bugger most weekends).

Re: On Tilt's Australian casino chip traders

Yep, they're Dolphins.

(I just PM'd this to you but also wanted to add that I always wondered what that was supposed to be on the mold. Thanks for clearing that up for me.)
