More info on the Paulson Winner Club chips.
For those unfamiliar with the oversized Paulson Winner Club chips, I thought a comparison scan might help in comparing the 45mm chips to their standard-sized cousins.
Here's a scan showing the relative size difference between the Winner Club 45mm chips and a standard 39mm chip.
I don't have all of these available as traders, but thought you all might be interested in seeling what is almost the full set of Winner Club chips. All that is missing are a 5k purple chip with inserts and a 50k black chip with inserts.
You'll note that there are 6 chips per denom. Each solid with a regular size
inlay has a 'matching' colored chip with inserts and a jumbo
inlay . The
inlays give off a hologram-like 3-dimensional effect. Also, relative to the sizes - the 1k chips are 43mm, 5 & 10k chips are 45mm and the 50k chips are 49mm. Finally, all are plain mold Paulsons except for the 1k chips that have use the inverted hat & cane mold.
According to
Robert Eisenstadt's "Antique Gambling Chips & Gambling Memorabilia Web Site" The Winner Club chips were made for a junket operator running junkets to The North Korean Free Trade Zone, casinos. The chips were never picked up.
