Try Bugsysclub.com. They support Apple.

PokerRoom.com supports Mac.

I'm running Stars on my Mac G4 desktop machine using VirtualPC. It runs perfectly well as long as I limit myself to a few tables.

Pokertracker is very sluggish if I am importing hands at the same time, but it works reliably.

I got my VirtualPC for free by participating in a marketing thing, but I'd definitely buy it if they took it away now.

I also use VirtualPC on my Mac. JUST so I can play in the Chiptalk tournaments. It works flawlessly.
