Whoa whoa whoa whoa hold on. Hold on. Okay, you don't care about the money. Okay. Let's let that sink in. The money is not the reason you play. Okay, I think I've got it. You care so little about the money, you are just as happy to have it be a fake money tourney. Check, this all makes sense. You feel strongly that only the top three places should be paid. <sound of brain exploding> So you
don't care about the money, but you feel strongly that only three people should win any money?
Heh, I just sort of wanted to type out the thought process that I was going through. :-P But really, listening to your arguments it sounds to me like you actually prefer paying out more places. So if you don't care, then you don't care. If you think only three should be paid, then you do care.

If you're right, good point. Did anyone look it up?

Yikes. That doesn't sound like someone who doesn't care about the money.
If it's a friendly game, then the money is not important.
If the money is not important, then you want the most people (within reason) to leave the table happy.
If you want the most people to leave the table happy, you pay out more places (within reason).
Did I miss anything, or did what I just wrote make pretty good sense?
Hell, my point is that even though I don't care so much that I won't play if it's only top 3 (I do prefer paying more spots) but your reasoning just didn't make sense. Anyways, tonight will be the first one I play in (since this is the first time I stumbled into this part of the forum) and I expect not to get top 5 either way, so enjoy my money!
