$5 buys you a number. $20 buys you 5 numbers. buy as few or as many numbers as you wish. i will assign numbers in the order that the paypals comes in - starting with 1. i will take as many entries as possible and there is no minimum on the number of entries (if i only have 3 entries it will still go on as planned - "make a wish" wouldnt benefit and i would lose out but it will still go on). i will close this down and assign no numbers after 6pm EST on wednesday, april 30 - no exceptions. i will post entries in the next post (#2, as well as try and answer any questions). you will have until 6pm EST on wednesday, april 30 to verify that your name is on the list, if you paid me.
shortly after 6pm on the 30th, i will double check all entries and run them through this
random number generator. i will ask this tool to generate 1 psuedo-random integer between 1 and the last entry #. since im only asking for 1 number from the tool, i will leave the default as "allowing repeats". i will only run this once and the number it gives me will be the winning number.
if you have a problem with the tool, the way im running this, the charity or just overall think im a slime ball, please do not participate. i do not want to you to be disappointed.
