Chips: 1,556 | | | Ct Chinese Poker Tournament Of Champions!! Okay, jojo asked me about a tournament of champions last week. I thought it would be an awesome idea and here is what I think would be cool to try!
8 players, two tables, winners play HU
I would run the table that I am not a part of, then if by chance I win my table someone else would have to run the HU match.
We could start this once we have 8 unique champions from the tournaments that are going on now.
So far the list would be- jojo, me, abby, and trutan.
We could up the stakes a little bit, maybe play for a snapper instead of a $1.

L | You may not be eligible now, but you could get into another game!
You know that is an interesting point about dealing the hands to multiple players. I can't say that it would be a bad thing, but at the same time it doesn't seem like it would be a good thing. It would definitely be easier for one person to run both tables, but then it seems to take away from the uniqueness of the game and the cards that you are dealt on that specific hand at that moment.
I know that isn't a really good description for what I am feeling inside, but I am having a hard time putting into words what I am thinking...sorry. |

Instead of slaughtering one of my own, maybe I can get the half chip from nutN2Lewz, who probably has a bunch of them lying around his office.

Upping the points makes a lot of sense. How about 50 pts per game? What about taking the top two scorers from each of the first two tables and doing a 4-person final table instead of HU?

I like the idea of taking it from 8 to 4 but maybe then take the top 2 in points from that and go HU.
