Pot odds look good, I'm in for one ticket depending on chip breakdown.

Exactly.
I'm down for one as well, for some reason I'm feeling lucky about CT contests.

I'm pleased to say that ChipTalk's own chip breakdown guru Matthew has been asked to come up with the perfect and optimal 300 pc 5-denom tourney chipset breakdown. I'm hoping to post the breakdown soon. It will be a fixed breakdown as we have to order within a couple of days and the drawings will be made at the event.

Cheers and good luck to one and all.

Re: Chiptalk Lone Star Roundup 300pc Chipset Raffle

There's no limit on how many sets can be raffled here guys. If we get up to 74 there will be two chipsets. If we have an odd amount of entries like 80 what we'll do is have two sets plus 6 sample sets and raffle the sample sets off after the winners of the 300 pc. sets are chosen. As TBones says, the odds are good that you'll walk away a winner.

Re: Chiptalk Lone Star Roundup 300pc Chipset Raffle

So to sum it up, there will always be 37 CTers per 300p set, right?
So with one ticket you got a 1:36 chance.
lets do the math.... $10 compared to 300x about $1.25 = about $375
that again makes it $1 for $37.

wow, who knew that?

Re: Chiptalk Lone Star Roundup 300pc Chipset Raffle

For the $10 entry though we can only afford to include sample sets of the tourney chips, not the add'l cash chips that are being deisgned for a few members. Sorry.
