Which would you like to see for the monday night side tourneys?

How about this for each monday

1st = NLHE
2nd= HORSE/HOSE
3rd=NLHE
4th=other game like omaha h, omaha h/l, 7cs, 7cs h/l, razz in limit/nl/pl formats
5th=NLHE

i think alternating will maintain field size better.

I voted for alternating, but like hachkc's idea.

While, I miss at least half the Thursday nights. I still get plenty of chances to play NLHE.

I like the idea of Monday's being a chance to play other games (amongst friends). I'd even be OK with no NLHE on Monday's. However, I don't like the idea of HORSE all the time...not yet anyways!

The problem is we typically don't get many folks when we play games other than NLHE. Most mondays (not counting the last), we typically don't have much more than a full table.

We tried alternating the games on monday, but the turn out was not very good. The best results we have had were for NLHE, and the HORSE tourney we had last week. For me HORSE gives the best of both worlds.

True but for the NLHE one there was a big push to get people there and the HORSE tournies at P* are new plus the fact that they've dropped the buyin to $5+.50. I'd still like to leave the option open to other games and see what happens.

I also like the idea of mixing up the games from week to week, which of course is not the same thing as HORSE or even alternating HORSE and NLHE. Since NLHE is held on Thursdays, I voted for HORSE on Mondays. Had mixing the games been an option, it would have received my vote.

My vote too would have been to mix the games on mondays but I did not include this option since we tried this and had little success. We were only getting 4-6 entries.

The problem is that we had mixed games - nobody showed up. We had ~ 5 players each week.
