Great idea MacGrad! I will cheer everyone involved in a pot with any of the defending champs of the CT Hammer Challenge, as well as do my part to try and take their chips so they are in a ripe position for the general masses to deliver the knockout.

Can you briefly explain this whole "team" thing.
I don't feel like being in the crossfire of 2 teams going kamakazi against each other. I just want to play in a legitimate (ie every man for himself) tournament.

I just want to play in a legitimate (ie every man for himself) tournament. | The best definition of the "team" thing is fantasy football/baseball: three groups of members have loosely assembled, and the "team" scores points based on the individual finishes of the players... but remember, since the poker tournament is for real cash, two members of the same team would eliminate each other in a heartbeat if it meant cashing in.
However, if you're asking this question, you're not on any of the teams... meaning this is the thread for you. This week, I've put a bounty out on one of the teams; in order to collect, you have to knock out the most members from that team.
In other words, sign up and play: keep track of who you eliminate, and you may win a $5 chip from one of the local SW Ontario casinos. |

First me, then tm, then winters... only EmptyPocs left alive to try for the prize -- needs to eliminate ONE Heph player, and he's got half his stack (as I type this). |

Well, busted out at 9. Tried a bonehead attempt to triple up my short stack.
When Sietz has AQ every other hand what can you do? Congrats to all, been a pleasure gents.
played 2 games so far, got a 5th & 9th. Call me bubble-merc.
Not bad for a merc though
