We both have PokerStars (PartyPoker, UB, etc.) accounts -- it'll make it much easier for me to transfer the money there instead of refunding it through PayPal..."
Illegal? Probably. Will it work? Probably. Let's just hope it doesn't have to go that far... |

Neteller is not a gaming site so how can they stop that transaction. From there you can send the money wherever you want, and neteller is a Canadian Company so the US can't regulate them anyway. I'll wait and see but if Poker Stars does suspend my account thats fine, I can play locally I just want to make sure I can get my money out, but I'm not worried about that yet.

On my accounts I have used a US address but my regular CDN phone number for verification, and it has worked so I assume the reverse will also be a viable option.

Not sure what good this does, lessens my desire to go to a real casino. I don't want to learn while playing a $200 dollar tourney.
What casino is running live $1 buyin tournies?

Maybe I am just overly optimistic, but I can't see all poker sites banning all US players. |

thanks US government | I understand your feelings, but for poker that doesn't help much because most of the fish are here. Who wants to play in a game full of sharks.
