Just finished Moneymaker Millions Step 1 in 1st Place!

Can't really read it, but it says I finished the tournament in 1st place.

Well the last 50 finish in a tie for 1st.

Still beat 8407 in the tourney! My concentration was WAY off during the CT event, but I made up for it!

Now if that were only the ME @ WSOP...

Awesome! Let me be the first to say congratulations.

No easy task beating out 6,000 idiots and 2,000 good players!

There is no way 2000 in that field are 'good'. I would say more like 20 are good, and 9 are semi-advanced to advanced in skill level.

congrats on the finish, regardless, to HQ.

Got to be another monster satellite, these are going on 2 or 3 times a day for a while, with top 50 heading to the next level.

Re: Just finished Moneymaker Millions Step 1 in 1st Place!

FYI - i believe last week's round 2 had about 1,400 people in it - so much more realistic than the round 1 setup.

let us know when you're going to be in.

also - there are definitely more than 20 good people in those tournaments. i've played 3 of them so far, and run into at least 10 supernovas, and many many players that i play with in the $100+R, and the $150 / 200 freezouts. 2,000 was probably too high, no doubt, but there are good players in the field.

Thank you for defending my efforts. There was some really stiff competition.

I was up to 5th place, before I made the right read, and a bad tourny call. (12) outs for half my stack. I would have been WAY into first had that gone, but alas... Almost got bumped out in 80th when that happened.
