Chips: 14,015 | | | HORSE tourney poll for day Looks like there's lots of interest in this, so lets pick a day/time.
For weeknights, it seems like 9:30PM eastern works well for CT tourneys, so lets assume that would be the time if we decide on a weeknight tourney. For weekends, should we do afternoon or evening? Please be sure to include your timezone if you talk about specific times.
NOTE: You can vote for multiple days in this poll, so please pick all appropriate.

So I'm playing a $30+3 HORSE SNG on FullTilt. At the same time, I'm reading about plaques on CT.
I'm running really good. We've lost 1 player, I have close to a 5000 stack, and we're at the first Razz level.
As I'm reading about plaques, the table pops up for my action -- A25, excellent Razz startng hand. I raise. Betting is fast and furious all the way to showdown. My donkey opponent is showing JJT9 with upcards, and I have A2578AJ. What is my opponent thinking?
When his hand is revealed, he has a boat and takes the pot. I'm still playing Razz, but everyone else is playing 7-stud. I lose half my stack. Oops. The dangers of HORSE (and not paying close attention). I vow to pay attention and never do this again.
I build my stack back up, I'm the chip leader, and I'll be damned if I didn't do it again the next time when we changed from Razz to 7-stud.
Ugh. I still took 2nd. | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
