Chips: 100 | | | Re: Introducing the ChipTalk Tilters According to the support agent I chatted with, PokerRoom is experiencing technical difficulties (no duh) with the Find Events feature for the Team Play. That's why it's only showing current and past tournaments and not future ones. They're supposedly working on it. No indication as to when they think they will have the problem resolved. | | Sponsored Links | |

Yeltzen is still on the team. We'll hold his spot for at least a couple weeks. That leaves one spot open which is potentially (hopefully) filled.
We just need one member to deposit funds into the wallet and we'll be ready to go when PR can fix the "find events" function. |

Chips: 1,555 | | | Re: Introducing the ChipTalk Tilters Oh by the way, if you try to complain about this Find feature in PR's forum you can get banned. No sh*t. I posted one message there about the situation but was warned by another member that one of their team members got banned from the forum's for posting about 3 negative comments about PR's Team competition.
Guess I'll leave the ranting for this forum. heheheh. |

Chips: 100 | | | Re: Introducing the ChipTalk Tilters You'd think that any reputable poker room would test and get all the kinks worked out before they launch a product for mass consumption. I do see teams and players signed up for tournaments but I wonder if they're shills. |

Chips: 1,555 | | | Re: Introducing the ChipTalk Tilters Until Pokerroom can get it's act together, I don't think I want to keep my money in the team wallet. There has been absolutely no action in the Events section, the Pokah forum is starting to fill with complaints and no response from Pokerroom at all. Doesn't look like team poker is going anywhere soon.
So, that said, I withdrew my money from the wallet and am going to wait until they do something that shows Pokerroom is committed to this team thing. I'd suggest the rest of you withdrawl your share from the wallet as well.
It doesn't take much for me to lose confidence in a poker site that doesn't communicate to it's players. |

PR is having big problems with their team events, and as of now we still can't even find events to play. I know SpeakEasy can't currenty deposit money into the team wallet and has had a terrible time with customer service. Although it unfortunatley may not get you very far, I'd suggest emailing customer support. Are you getting an error message of some sort?
As per the team wallet funds, I'll be leaving my money in there for the time being. |

Yeah, it says server is down for maintence.... Dont understand that. It has been that way for the last 4 days for me. I have tried both the DL & Java versions with no sucess. Customer service what a F-ing joke. Dont return e-mail that kind of thing. Why would they have done this for us all to have bad experiences?
Thanks for holding me a spot. Please PM me with any new details. |

Chips: 1,555 | | | Re: Introducing the ChipTalk Tilters Don't get me wrong, I'm still interested in the Team Play. I can get money back into the wallet in less than an hour if needed, but until this gets going, I'm going to keep it in a place where I know I can still get at it and use it for other purposes. Didn't mean to sound overly negative, I'm just being cautious. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
