However, do you think the weekly CT tournaments could be held on pokerroom? Its one of the only sites for us mac users. |

edit about how much we need: most buyins look to be $50. if we get 10 owners at $50 each, then we're each paying $5 per event (which would include a SNG per player). that seems pretty reasonable to me. | The way I read it, I think the team captain has to register us for tourneys. Is this not the case? BTW, They seem to have SNGs all this week at 9pm & 10pm eastern.

I think if you go with the A/B team idea, you're going to have to do option 2, otherwise you will end up with one very strong team and one not so strong team. Wouldn't it be better to have 2 relatively equal strength teams? Quote: |

what do you guys think? |

i'm neither here nor there on the subject. |

i'm neither here nor there on the subject. | Well if its to put together the best possible team and option #1, then there's no point in having a B team.

again, i don't have a position on this, but i disagree. the B team could exist b/c poker is fun, and competing as a team is fun too. it's like saying that b/c duke university has a kickass basketball team, there's no point in having intramurals.
of course there's a point, it's just a bit of a different point. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
