come on now, JM. it's got to be better to go a little slower and get it right. right?

we're gonna recruit some more at tonights tourny, and then pick teams as soon as the three of us can get together...which is sunday.

i average around 450 points/day playing a combination of 25¢/50¢, 50¢/$1, and $1/$2, so the bonus was no problem for me. at $1/$2, you get 2.1 points for every hand that is raked $3...

Got the residency thing cleared up. For the others dealing with this, you probably have to jump through their hoops to get an account opened.

Just so you drafters know who you are getting in me, since I don't post that much around here:

I am a limit grinder. I've been playing 3/6 SH lately, on the old party network, then on the skins network (Eurobet), and recently on the Poker Room network (Eurobet) & Party itself. I am definately a winning player at this level to the tune of 2.0 BB/100ish. I generally do NOT play tournaments, simply because they are so much less dependable $, but I'm sure I'm a smart enough guy to beat the average tournament player, simply because the average poker player is so bad!

If you're just itchin' to play, I'm sure there are other sites to try or even just enter an event on their site to get used to the interface.

Tip: first thing you must do is turn off the avatars (in game). It's totally distracting.

Avatars off, phasers set on 'stun' (you want to keep the live ones in the game).

Tried a few SNGs there after the CT tourney last night -- generally weaker competition than what we're used to on other sites, for what its worth.
