Chips: 174 | | | Re: Best Home Poker Setup Contest Well I don't have enough for custom chips, let alone a digital camera. So here's the mental image. A dining room table with the leaf. (Real Texas holdem tables are oval right?) Covered with a thin blanket and green table cloth. No the chips are either the faux clays or the spinning NJ. The cards are either, the Copag EPOC, Copag 1546, or Kem arrows. (atleast I have nice cards) Oh and this is all in the middle of my bedroom. Atleast if I bust out I can get some shut eye while I wait for it to end.

There are some folks who have been able to set up some absolutely amazing rooms while a great many of us have to work a little magic to change the dining room or basement into a poker room and back again at the end of the day. How about having 'pro' group and 'amateur' group for folks who have full time dedicated rooms and folks who have to put up and take down their rooms, respectively. I'd hope this would have the effect of encouraging more folks to enter their set ups.
Just my 2 chips. |

I think Mr Meaner will win hands down as his has been a classy room from the get go. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
