Chips: 304 | | | Re: Best Home Poker Setup Contest Ok...here are the pictures of my converted garage. I wish I had the sq footage that some of you have. Our room can get kind of crazy with 20 people in it. If you like more infomation about our group check out our website www.elitepokertour.com
Anyways, I hope this isn't too many pictures (I don't know how to do the thumbnail thing): This is the outside of the room...pretty fancy huh? This is the view from walking out into the garage from the laundry room. I made the curtain that extends across the wall to cover the back side of the garage door. Solid oak bar with mahogony top...oak bar stools as well. Just another picture of the bar from a different angle. View of the wall oposite the bar...second 42" plasma TV for your viewing pleasure. View from behind the bar. Another view from behind the bar. I made this table completely from scratch. Underside of the table I made with the slide out cup holders extracted. This is our second table, I picked up this table from a bar that went under and re-did the rail, and felt. On the door to your left is the listing of league rankings. Also if you look in the top right hand corner you can see the 52" Video Wall that we show the tournament software on. If you were wondering what is behind that curtained wall of fabric it would be my water heater and furnace (had to find a way to hide it). Ahhh, the important stuff...1000 Nevada Jack Skulls, 1200 NCV Vineyards, and 1000 custom labeled suited chips. Also shown are copag cards, bounty chips, qualifed tokens, dealer button, and birdcage carriers. Shuffleboard table for the spectators or people who have busted out early. Jagermeister & RedBull anyone? RedBull cooler used to keep drinks and frost the draft glasses/shot glasses. Fully stocked bar...drinks are on the house!!! Fat Tire Amber Ale on tap in the kegorator, we go through about a keg an event. Just a close up of the custom made draft handle I made.

Time for a new forum perhaps? I know we have 'home games' but I'd love to see more pictures, reviews, and maybe an article format for the games played, limits, stories, etc. |

Chips: 732 | | | Re: Best Home Poker Setup Contest Elite -- can you explain/show me how you did your slide out cup holders on the outside edge of the table? I have an Octagonal glass top table with a poker insert and want to make cupholders that I can install to the underside of the table and not have in the way when it has the glass installed. It looks like that what yours do and I'm curious how they work.
Fat Tire & free drinks with Grey Goose clearly visible in the photo??? I'm in!
Jagermeister though?...ouch. That should only be as punishment for breaking the rules.
Awesome room. |
