currently my apt is my poker area, my studio, my lounge and my "smoke" spot rolled into one

There are some folks who have been able to set up some absolutely amazing rooms while a great many of us have to work a little magic to change the dining room or basement into a poker room and back again at the end of the day. How about having 'pro' group and 'amateur' group for folks who have full time dedicated rooms and folks who have to put up and take down their rooms, respectively. I'd hope this would have the effect of encouraging more folks to enter their set ups.

It's all about the atmosphere that you create. even with out a lot of $$$ you still can make a pleasant poker room where people would love to come in and play.. |
