ChipTalk Gathering at CC&GTCC Convention is set!

As many of you may know, the CC&GTCC, during it's annual Convention, is responsive to "other" Club's requests for a meeting room and time, and we have just finalized such an activity for ChipTalk!

My thanks to ChipTalk's TenPercenter and CC&GTCC President Wayne Thompson for the go-heads on this event, as follws:

Date: 20 June, 2008 (Friday)
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Location: Riviera Hotel & Casino Conference Center, Capri 110

Please Note: Whenever the CC&GTCC provides space for any of the related-hobby Clubs, there are three rules that need to be observed, as follows:

1. No FOOD,
2. No Trading, and
3. The event is open to any CC&GTCC member.

While it is my hope that many CT'ers attend this gathering, I also hope that non-CT'ers will also attend, or at least stop by, so that others can see our non- on-line personna.

Not that this should sway your decission on attending or not attending, but this will be a good opportunity to meet Ten, myself and, NanaBanana!

If anyone has a question or two, please feel free to ask. I would request that if you know that you will be able to make it to this meeting, please indicate in a reply here.

Please keep in-mind, CC&GGTCC membership is required to attend CC&GTCC functions or authorized functions (like this). For the timebeing, I will make this announcement a sticky and if I make any editing changes, I will add a reply post to indicate such.

My thanks once again to Ten and Wayne and I hope to see some of you there!

I will put it on my list of things to do at the convention. This will be my first convention, and I am looking forward to it. It will also mark the end of the school year, and my first vacation of length since 12/2006
