It's in downtown Crown Point a couple blocks north of the square. We'll have a meeting room with excellent lighting. Starts at high noon until three.
Crown Point is a great destination for a road trip - lots of antique shops, a cool old courthouse - and not too far from the Indiana casinos.

If you have a little something you'd like to donate for an auction, bring that too! I want to meet new people, so if you haven't come to a midwest event before, be there!

Might have to make this my first ever CC&GTCC event! It's on my birthday, so that's a cool connection. It's not only in the midwest, but very close to home in Indiana, so an easy drive. Wow! Sounds like a plan.

This is not a CC&GTCC Club event. It will include CC&GTCC members, but is open to any and all people interested in casino memorabilia collecting. At one time the CC&GTCC had Chapters and there was a Midwest Chapter. However, in accordance with their standing as 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt, Not-For-Profit organization, the Club had to disbands association from the Chapters.

However, Chapter memebrs needed to also be CC&GTCC members, so when the Chapters went away, several simply because Clubs and the members just continued to be CC&GTCC members.

So, the Midwest collectors are remnants of the previous CC&GTCC Chapter, but the have no CC&GTCC affiliation except that many of their members belong to the CC&GTCC.
