Parx Casino Chip Preview!

Hey everyone, stopped by Parx in Bensalem, PA (just outside of Philly) late last night and managed to sneak a pic of the chips. Definitely some of the coolest chips I've seen! Table games go live in <6 hours so I'm gonna try to pick up a rack or two of the $1s... unfortunately, no poker here until fall

($1000 are the usual orange 43mm chips, there just weren't any in the case)

If it weren't for the fact that I've been waiting years to have a poker room this close to home, I think I'd be completely okay with that

As simple as they are, I'm a big fan of the $1s... can't wait to get my hands on some!

those chips in that tray just look awesome...KO the dealer and take away the whole tray.

The $1's look pretty sweet. I can't tell for sure on the hundo's.I think the color distortion from the glass makes it hard for me to say for sure on them I would probably come around if I saw then in stacks.... BUT THOSE 25's ARE HOT! I'm not sure what it is about them, maybe the uniqueness of the edgespots colors, I dunno.

I stopped by at lunch today. I have a 1 and a 5 in my pocket for the collection. I'm not a big fan of the inlay per se, but I like the chips (colors etc.). I don't really like the spot config on the $25s. Seems a little conventional especially next to the 1s, 5s and 100s (really like). I only saw the 500s in the tray. From a distance I liked those too.\

Now if they'd only get the poker room up and running, I can play instead of watch.

I made it to sands and harrah's but didn't stop in at parx being the closest to me.

Yes not poker until sept/oct.
