Redemption Notice; Palace Station, Las Vegas, NV - $100 20th Anniversary LE

The Palace Station Hotel & Casino has published a chip redemption notice advising that their $100, Limited Edition "20th Anniversary" chip will be discontinued as of July 9, 2008. The chip may be cashed in at the Palace Station until that date.

Sorry, no scan. The chip being redeemed is currently valued at: $200 - $249, well over the $100 that the casino will give! This redemption will solifify the collector value, providing that any turned in are destroyed and do not find their way into the collector market. However, as the quantity of of this chip was only 100, I suspect that the value will hold and increase over time.

The chip is a Bud Jones issue.
