Re: Bellagio, Las Vegas, NV - New rack (in phases)

Are these in heavy circulation right now? I'm going to LV this weekend on a whim (LOL SoCal, so easy to do it) and I'm hoping to get to the B to pick up a few fresh ones.

I doubt it was a factor for them... but it was for me when choosing a current $1 chip to put with my Dunes $5s... (which also "bleed" a bit, btw).

I was exaggerating a little in my "complaint" about the "blue Paulson test"... although I did test my Paulson web mold samples, and found that I can write very clearly with blue, and less clearly but visibly with green or purple. The other 5 colours didn't write very well (barely visible, if at all).

As of now it looks like denoms up to $20 are in available. I didn't check on the $25 and a dealer there tells us the remainder of the rack is set for replacement as well (up to 5K). The $10/$20 are poker room chips only.

Thanks! I'll definitely have to stop in to check it out. I didn't think they'd be replacing the 10s and 20s already, but I guess you might as well go the whole mile with the overhaul.

Someone is selling them on ebay already. Here's the pics stolen from the listing. Still the ungly inlay IMO.

I like the colors on the 10 and 20. The 20 would look sweet in stacks.

If either of those were a Fractional and a $1 I would buy 1000 of them and relable them. The colors are awesome, the inlay still blows.

Aw rats I'm gonna miss seeing huge stacks of the original $10s, they were so bright!

Now that's a pretty chip. Group buy anybody?

(but I still don't get why "twenty" is tiny and "DOLLARS" is huge)
