I have only seen it listed on Robert Eisenstadt's mold design website. He has them as being in existence since early 90's (1990s) and has them in four colors. He mentioned that he saw them listed in a poker chip supply catalogue company out of Torrance, CA, but does not know who manufactured.

Also said that they are injection molded, in a high density plastic.

I bought a box of each color in an antique mall in Phoenix, AZ last year, but have no idea where they came from. Packaging (white cardboard box) was unusual in that they came stacked (vertically) in 4 stacks of 25.
