Grand Sierra Resort (formerly Hilton Resort) all new rack...

As announced on thechipboard.com by CC&GTCC member and Northern Nevada NIS provider Larry Hollibaugh, the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino (formerly the Hilton Resort and Casino) Reno, NV has an all new rack. All chips are of Bally manufacture, which implies RFID loads for the Bally "Mind-Play" system of player tracking.
