As posted on thechipboard.com by Chuck Smorse, the Palms Casino Resort will be releasing the fifth in their series of Jimmy Tipton, Naughty Nighty Nites chips. This chip (a non-gaming issue) commemorates this annual event put on by the Palms and Jimmy Tipton (I think he is a DJ) that asks attendees to show up in their sleep wear and party, Party, PARTY!
