The $25 looks interesting..

Can you tell me how to find into on special released chips? I've gotten a couple from the hard rock hotel and casino.

There is no exact science! However, if you monitor the chip discussion boards (like I do) you see these things posted. The Hard Rock releases are almost always posted (several days in advance) on thechipboard.com.

Trump Marina releases are posted (in advance)on the Atlantic City Chip Collectors Club Message Board.

Otherwise, on the day or within hours releases are posted on thechipboard.com for mant areas of the US and sometimes around the World!

I do what I can to pass the info on to this forum.
