Ross is stuck in New York City but fortunately he gets covered by other club members. Sometimes friends are good to have - although I doubt that this particular release will sell out that quickly.
Atlantic City does not sell its chips through the mail. Jim mentioned a very reputable new issue service and if you want this particular chip you can contact the service. I do use some NIS for specific Nevada chips and Washington (Pacific Northwest) chips. Its a great service they do for the hobby.
If I am home for the release I usually try to go down and pick up the chips. I'll always pick up a couple extra and throw it in the trader book. I personally dont collect the $25 and up LE's from AC.
If you are interested in LE's from AC check out the AC Casino Collectibles Club website at
www.ccgtcc.com/chapters/ac (specifically there is a page on chips. I've been a lazy git and havent put up the 2006 information - fortunately there has only been 5 or 6 chips released in the first half of the year. The site Jim mentioned with also show them -- Archie/Dennis do a much better job of updating the site.
And now for your amusement a completely random AC chip... from the Borgata Poker Open in 2005 (WPT event). A poker buddy of mine won one of the events and was at the final table for the main event.
