Just picked up one of these on ebay. Just wondering if anyone has any background on this plaque, as well as an approximate value? Did something happen in January 2004 that this commemorates in particular? Thanks!!

Even though i dont collect Nevada, i really like that plaque and was bidding on the last auction but was snipped. I did a search and found that the seller had also sold one as a BIN for $75. The one i got out bid for ended at over $150. I got a second chance offer but i didnt go for it as i think he probably has alot more. Im hopping he puts up more at $75 and ill snag one then.
