Chips: 246.5 Bank: 0.0 Total Chips: 246.5 | | | Are these super diamonds?
An ad on my local Craigslist has these, but they don't look like the superdiamonds on DCG. And I can't read what the embossing says either. Can anyone make that out?
Anyhow, $50 for 480 chips plus the carriers and cards, which are probably generic. I figure new faux dice chips would be just as good, but since these are local, it would end up costing the same with shipping and all. |

Those aren't super diamonds and I can't remember the name on them at the moment but I have seen them listed for sale on Ebay in the past. I am not positive but I think they are ABS chips and feel somewhat hard an slick.

No those aren't super diamonds, they are Michael Graves poker chips that are sold at Target. They feel like plastic super diamonds though.

Cool, thanks.
Looks like they go for about $15 for a carousel on ebay.
I'll save my $$. I don't need extra chips anyway.

They're actually one of the better plastic chips out there in my opinion. They feel more like old SDs and not the newer, slick ones too. Quote:

They get a good review here (see the very last review on this page): Poker Chip Reviews |

Chips: 356.6 Bank: 0.0 Total Chips: 356.6 | | Re: Are these super diamonds? These chips have been correctly identified as Michael Graves poker set from Target stores. If you read the review link posted by another user, you will read that they are thinner than most poker chips. I can attest to that. A friend of mine had a set of these and purchased some faux clays from me to build a tourney set. BUT because the Michael Graves chips were thinner, it really screwed up counting out chips with the faux clays because stacks were not uniform height. Be cautious if using these with other chips, such as faux clays or super diamonds. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
