There are a lot of Dunes $5. What color is it? Does it have inserts (what color?), inlay or hot stamp, what is mold?, etc. Best thing to do is post a picture.

If you're talking about the last edition ("golf course"), I have 2 racks in uncirculated condition and paid $3/chip for them... but people sell them individually for up to $8 on ebay.
