Is this NCV NY, NY chip current?
oldvegaschips has it for 36 bucks, but it does not say if its obsolete or not. My question is, it still currently used ? If anybody is going there soon, maybe they can see/ask if its in play.....If its not in play, anyone know the current value? Reguardless, I want this chip and it will soon be on the shelf of my NY, NY collection, even if I have to pay 36 bucks to get it. I even think its a 43mm

oldvegaschips is overpriced, typically. You could probably get it cheaper if you are patient. Maybe even inquire over at thechipboard and see if anyone has one to sell..

Yeah, a bit pricey...will see what comes about I guess. I will give myself a little more time to try and track this down elsewhere. Thanks Wedge

Re: Is this NCV NY, NY chip current?
I've never puchased the $25 New York N.Y. chips, but I don't think they have changed their house rack since they opened. It is unlikely there are any obsolete N.Y. N.Y. chips. $36 is a lot of money. I go to Vegas regularly and usually pick up a stack of the $1 chips from N.Y. N.Y. each time. They won't sell racks, but they will sell 20 chips. If you still need one, I could pick you up one for less than that price. I don't know if they still have uncirculated $25 chips though. The $36 chip may be a better chip than currently available at the casino.
If you like N.Y. N.Y. chips, you will like this set that I recently picked up:

Richard, I hope you noticed that the scan is of the NY NY 25 NCV! Not their regular rack chip.
So, how do I get that 25 NCV Tourny chip to go with my newly acquired 1 and 5, or did you bait me?

Yes I am aware that the photo is of the NCV chips. I like these chips better than the house rack. I will try to get you a 25 to go with your 1 and 5. It wasn't easy obtaining the one in the photo.
