Chips: 10,505 | | | Re: Regancy chip Chips from The Regency (note correct spelling) are fairly common. The California Card Room operated from 1981 - 1987 in Bell, California. Here is a link to John Kallman's excellent reference site of California Card Rooms, showing all denominations: http://cashcoinconnection.com/gaming...y/Regency.html
Based on the overall availability of these chips, I suspect that the entire rack made it to the marketplace.

If I keep messing with these old chips I am gonna have to buy some guides.
But I don't want another addiction. |

Chips: 3,401 | | | Re: Regancy chip I think the others hit most of the details, other than add'l picks.
I have ~1600 or so of them. Looking for more. (or use these at trading power) I found them at P/R.com some time back and scooped them up.
More picks if needed:
Enjoy!

If I could find some $5 or other denoms for sale I might be able to trade him for the paulsons that I want.
Or make a trade for all of them and get him a matching set.
If I did that I wouls sell the $25's. |

Jim | WOW
I might be able to get my hands on about 160 of the $25's.
But then that would probobly flood the market if I sold them 1 at a time.
Right?
There is one on ebay right now that I am watching. |

Chips: 3,401 | | | Re: Regancy chip There were two (2) 1,000 piece sets that were up on PR, which is where I got one of them, then later, I found a listing for a 300 piece set on ebay (I think, it may have been PR), and somewhere else along the way, I found some additional chips.
I have no idea they would sell for that much on a 1 by 1 item type deal.
I like them cause they are old school. We play with them once in a while. I'd love to find a few hundred of the $100's for my cash game. Currently I only have the $1/5/25's which works for a cash game, most times. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
