More info on Mirage Springs Chips

Hi Everyone,

I just bought quite a few of the Mirage Springs Chips as seen here: http://cashcoinconnection.com/gaming...geSprings.html

I just got them today so I am sorry that I am not including pics. I will post pics once I get a chance as my camera is at home and the chips are here at work. You can get a pretty good idea from the link though.

I was looking for more info on these chips. What are they called? At one time I had quite a few (1500 or so) of the BJ V7 Dodge Cities before and these are definately not the same. The edges on these are chamfered where the Dodge Cities were basically square. They don't stick together like the Dodge Cities eiter which makes them easier to shuffle. I tried googling "Mirage Springs" etc and found that the address of the place in Desert Hot Springs CA but not much more info. It seems that most of the links no longer work. Does anyone know anything more about this casino/card room or what ever. What happened to it etc.

The other thing that is nice about these chips is that they all seem to be in really good shape. There seems to be absolutely no "yellowing" of the inlays and the chips appear to be in excellent condition.

The chips were from a casino/card room in California. Near Desert Palms. The card room closed up and turned into a SPA resort.
