Browsing eBay yesterday I came across this auction... Vineyards

I admint I know nothing about the value of Vineyards, but this seemed a little execessive to me. I asked the seller if those were typos, that the $8000 should be $800 and the shipping should be $10... Here is their reply...

The price for this set is accurate. Vineyard chips can be very expensive. As I stated the $500 chips sell for $300 apiece times 10 equals $3000 right there. The $10 chips sell for $50 apiece etc. Hope this clears things up.

Highest I've seen the $500 go for is around $250. The $10's for sure at $50.

But in my quick adding, this price is just stupid.

That's a pretty close estimate. There were supposed to be only 100 that survived, which is crap. This is why the price on that one chip is so high. My wife has I think what is the complete sample set along with almost 1000 more. They aren't cheap but they are an awesome chip.
