[Gaming Ore]

I recently acquired this chip in an antique mall in Phoenix, AZ. It does not exist in the current catalogues. The Flower mold is typical of many older illegal operations in the Mid-West and also card rooms in Montana.

Does the name "Mustang Lounge" sound familiar to anyone?

Not likely. Mustang Ranch was licensed for slots only, no table games. And I'll leave it at that.

This is the only thing I could find. The pics don't give a real clear view of the chips so I can't tell if this is the casino that your chips came from.

I saw that also when I did my initial research. But the lounge is located inside the Shooting Star casino, which has a series of chips, none of which are similar to the Mustang Lounge. I'm pretty certain these are not from there.
