Chips: 4,044 | | | Protege Contestant #22: X-Files Think Cigar label. There are some great designs but I figured I would put mine in the hat anyway since Sidepot said I could submit.
Here it is.
This image is from boon. Thanks!
This first post represents the "original submission" only, and enables the initiation of the discussion thread on this chip submission. This thread now belongs to X-Files, and he may use his first post within this tread to post updates/changes to his submission, which will ultimately be the design of his that gets submitted into the voting rounds on July 17th.
Feedback, comments, & constructive criticism encouraged!

Chips: 113 | | | Re: Protege Contestant #22: X-Files To make it really look like a cigar label, what about deleting the denoms above and below the label ($100, $500, etc)? You already have the amount below the symbol. Plus this helps with people that do not like the dollar signs on the chip.
Great design though, I really like it. |

Chips: 741 | | | Re: Protege Contestant #22: X-Files Granted, we've got a lot of designs in here, but the more the merrier. The stronger the competition, the better the final inlay design will have to be.
What I think really distinguishes your entry is the way the cigar label seems to really take advantage of the shaped inlays. The shapes seem very natural, not forced.
Nice work! |
