I might suggest adding some color tone to the background. Just something light -- given the old-style feel, maybe a weathered-paper look.
I second this, and I think this inlay will ring home a whole lot more once it's put on the chip colors and the shaped inlays. Take a look at the Bellagio chips for a nice weathered-paper background:
