The $5000 chip has a brown(ish) base, so we're going to go ahead with the NCV chip color submissions. Determined set so far:

NCV (No Cash Value) Chip Color Submission Process

Edge spot configuration for the NCV chip: It's a 4 1/2 with 1/8 with the center spot one color and the outside two spots another color (as shown in the grayscale image below). The outer spots must be the same color as each other, and none of the spots can be the color of the base.
