NOTE: This poll had a false start previously (wrong chip represented for #12), so we're re-voting. Vote at will.
2nd NOTE: When it rains, it pours. Apparently chip #5 was mis-represented as well, as the spots that were originally submitted were Arc Yellow and Radiant Red, not Royal Red. So both chips were screwed up in this round and the last. I caught this with only one vote cast (JMs vote), so it's fixed now and this will re-open. Additionally, to make everything fair, we'll bring chips 6 and 11 back from the dead as they were victims of two mis-represented chips. They'll face-off against each other. Hopefully, we're good now.
One vote per CT member, and we "call a winner" under the following pre-determined lopsided conditions:
· 70% After 40: If one chip has a 70% majority after a minimum of 40 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 28 to 12 votes)
· 60% After 50: If one chip has a 60% majority after a minimum of 50 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 30 to 20 votes)
