One vote per CT member, and we "call a winner" under the following pre-determined lopsided conditions:

· 70% After 40: If one chip has a 70% majority after a minimum of 40 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 28 to 12 votes)

· 60% After 50: If one chip has a 60% majority after a minimum of 50 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 30 to 20 votes)

It's very nice edge spot color. It looks good on any color (red, green, black, purple...).
I'm afraid this chip set is going to be without arc yellow.
