One vote per CT member, and we "call a winner" under the following pre-determined lopsided conditions:

· 70% After 30: If one chip has a 70% majority after a minimum of 30 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 21 to 9 votes)

· 60% After 40: If one chip has a 60% majority after a minimum of 40 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 24 to 16 votes)

Stank (or anyone who saw) - did this face-off have a 60% majority after 40 votes at any time? I see it now at 58.62% (34 votes to 24), so I can't call it. If I can get someone to go on record (and a second person to vouch), we'll call it, since it's a 10 vote lead with almost 60 votes.

I believe late last nite (technically early this morning) it was over 60% and I almost posted to suggest calling it, but figured I'd stay out of it since my chip wasn't in this poll. I think it was about 61.x% when I saw it.

I can't recall, but I think I saw it at 60%+ with over 40 votes early this morning. Stank's post implies that.

For the record, #6 needs 2-0 to hit 60% at this point.

I think it's fairly clear that 21player's chip has gotten more of the votes. I'm willing to concede if it makes things move faster.
