Picking up where Ten left off (with a overwhelming concensus on the color for the $1 chip - a classic Horizon Blue with white edge spots - edge spots per the new set progression), the first chip and edge spot color that we will define will be the $5 chip. The $1 chip is as follows:
$5 Chip Color Submission Process
Edge spot configuration for the $5 chip:
There will be a roughly 48 hour submission period, starting now. Please use the Chip Factory for you submissions, which you can find here:
http://www.sidepot.com/poker_chip_factory/tool.html- One nomination per CT member
- First come, first serve on claiming available colors. Repeating entries are not valid submissions.
- A nomination must be "Seconded" by another CT member to be eligible for the subsequent vote off.
- There will be a general vote off of all the submitted and seconded nominations, followed by a series of more finite vote offs to arrive at the winning color.
- Upon arriving at a winning chip, the color will have to be approved by the manufacturer's blind submission process. If it fails, a revote of the top contenders will ensue.
- Once a winning chip makes it successfully thru the manufacturer's blind submission process, it will be declared the final default chip and the winning submitter will win the bounty of 50 Vintage Vegas clay poker chips.
Submit your $5 nominations, seconds, and any discussions you deem appropriate in this thread. Fire when ready!
