yeah, i'd love to see this move faster, but if i'm not mistaken Ten's family is visiting relatives in russia, and he may be there too. so i could understand how this wouldn't be on the top of his priority list. i would like for us to be able to start a different thread in the custom chips forum, so we could unofficially start posting our $25 chip ideas. obviously we would have to wait until the voting was done on the $5 to post official submissions, but at least we could toss around ideas and post multiple versions. if i read it correctly, the only actual part of this chip that is a contest with a prize, is the inlay. so if someone else posts your idea for a chip in the official thread when it comes time, who cares? i just don't want to start a thread without some sort of ok so as not to step on anyone's toes. any ideas?

I don't think we should start on 25s yet, since they will hinge upon the $5. We could though as I suggested earlier start on the 500 which will have virtually no relation to the $5 and will depend more upon the $100.

Sorry for the lack of progress here, and thanks for your continued patience guys. There are some very exciting things going on behind the scenes that Ten will fill you in on at the appropriate time. Both Ten and I are in agreement with the majority of you who want to see this thing progress at a faster pace. I'm checking the threads everyday and reviewing all of your comments and posts. Thanks for all your submissions and participation.

My understanding is that Ten has a lot of things going on right now, so please just be patient. He hasn't made a post of any kind on ChipTalk in over a week, and I haven't heard from him since last Friday, so he may be traveling.

We'll get back on track.

Yeah, ideally, I would like this to slow down. I only have about $360 saved up.
