Re: Protégé Stage 1 - Master Thread - General Discussion

To me the Samurais are nice, the mold is good, and the colors arent bad. I agree the inlay eats it, though.

I agree about the 'set' premise. Chips should go together. But at the same time they should be unique and each chip should progess. To me the Samurais are all the same colors. When you look at it your eyes mesh all the colors together creating a kind of "matrix green" effect. Like in the Matrix where everything was tinted green. There is a lot of red and green in teh chips and then the dull high denom colors do not help

With the 1,000,000 combos we have for the Proteges we should have a chip set that "pops" when you look at it.

Re: Protégé Stage 1 - Master Thread - General Discussion

I just plugged my inlay-submission into the factory and noticed a white ring around the artwork. My inlays are not white, so the effect is not good. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Re: Protégé Stage 1 - Master Thread - General Discussion

I apologize if this has already been adressed, but will these chips be the heavier BlueChips like those used for the Samurais or will they be the lighter traditional BC's? If that has yet to be determined, do we have any influence in pushing for the heavier ones?
