In the chip color/edge spot voting polls, with only a small prize, ballot stuffing was not really a concern (especially considering inlay finalists have the ability to tweak the edge spots and colors). In the inlay portion of this Protege contest, with the winner getting a fee for design services approaching a retail value of $1500, I think it's prudent to put in place certain protections to ensure fairness for all contestants, many of whom have put in an enormous amount of time and effort into their inlay design submissions.
As such, the following 155 CT members will be the only eligible voters in the inlay face-offs. These 155 members represent the universe of members who voted in all of the color selection final votes, minus any of those that had less than 5 CT posts lifetime (removed 21 "non-active" members, 10 of which had never made 1 post on CT).
Here is the list of eligible voters:
During the inlay face-offs, the vote tally's will be checked to ensure no ineligible members vote. And ineligible votes will be subtracted from vote totals.
If any CT member feels they were unfairly omitted from this eligible voter list, please make your case here publically before the July 17th (and it should probably be a pretty good one

- as in, "I have been a CT member for 2 years and have 1000 posts", or "I founded CT", etc...)
