These 2 pages have unusually large image files on them (which wouldn't be the case for our standard production pages). It may be just that they slow to load.

nope, not that. I have a fast and very capable computer; the page just won't load.

(same thing happens with holdempokerchips.com for some reason)

So how does it work for those of us that won.Do we just contact you on our total order or do we use the order page minus the amount of chips we won?

If you are ordering chips on top of what you won, order those thru the buy page. We'll add in the winning chips on top.
