One vote per CT member, and we "call a winner" under the following pre-determined lopsided conditions:

· 70% After 40: If one chip has a 70% majority after a minimum of 40 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 28 to 12 votes)

· 60% After 50: If one chip has a 60% majority after a minimum of 50 votes, we "call the winner" (min vote would be 30 to 20 votes)

Jambine - the pictures are up. They are hosted on the Sidepot site, so maybe your setting don't allow for pictures to display that are hosted on another site. The pictures are in this thread post as well.
